Miluše

I started my yoga practice in 2003 and immediately knew that I stepped on a path that would alter my life. When I began to practice ashtanga yoga it immediately felt like ‘coming home to myself’. I completed several teacher trainings, including children’s yoga, four years of intensive teachings of traditional hatha yoga and ashtanga vinyasa yoga. I regularly attend retreats and workshops with different (international) teachers. Thus extending my knowledge with hands-on adjustments and anatomy.

In addition to the physical part of my classes I like also to touch upon, in a playful and accessible manner, the Indian health system of ayurveda, (chakra) psychology, breathing exercises and meditation. I find depth and inspiration in ancient Indian philosophy written in the Sutras of Patanjali, Upanishads and the Bhagavad Gita.

I’ve always loved to travel and see the world, but for the last 10 years I travel abroad mainly to practice and study yoga. How lovely it is to become a versatile and skillful yoga teacher who motivates and inspires students with great enthusiasm and dedication.

My credo: Yoga is for everybody and every body!

“Practicing yoga daily gives me the strength, energy, motivation and inspiration to live life with an open heart, a clear view and a calm mind. This makes me a content and happy person.”
